Having in mind that the Law on changes and amendments of the Constitutional law related to putting the Constitution into effect is adopted January 26 during session of the Parliament of Montenegro (by which the Law on Councilors and Representatives continue to be valid), as well as the Decision on terminating the mandate of the Parliament (this and above mentioned are also the prerequisites to call for Parliamentary election), we, thus, ask responsible political individuals to clarify one more in a series of ambiguities related to this election process.
