This statement is the third GOLOS Association statement on the results of monitoring of the elections of deputies of legislative bodies of Russian Federation subjects, heads of administrative centers of Russian Federation subjects, and deputies of representative bodies of municipal raions and other municipal entities, set for October 12, 2008.

The statement No. 3 sums up the results of monitoring of the election day, October 12, by correspondents of Civil Voice newspaper – the Association’s activists, as well as citizens’ reports received through the GOLOS «Hot line».
