International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) actively started pre-election activities for the November 3, 2008 Adjara Autonomous Republic Supreme Council Elections and Parliament of Georgia By-Elections. ISFED present its first edition of an online bulletin "Election Update", which includes monitoring results for the period of September 5 - October 15.
