October 8 president of Ukraine Viktor Yuschenko dissolve the parliament and called early elections on December 7.

According to member of Central election commission Mikhail Ohendovsky, the CEC is ready for pre-term elections of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. According to CEC preliminary estimations, for 20 parties and blocks, UAH 415 millions (about $80 millions) will be spent on elections. If more parties and blocks participate, the budget will require UAH 200 thousands foe every additional party.
